I became a land investor out of necessity. This was never a side hustle for me. In 2022 my wife’s company went under the day before Thanksgiving – a company that paid our bills as I was building our “buy and hold” real estate business in the city of Pittsburgh. And as we approached one of the most important years of our lives – we had to pay for our wedding, our honeymoon, a house, our daily lives and a newly purchased vacation rental property with a huge overhead staring us in the face. I had to make lots of money, very fast.

Through land investing I was able to “build the plane on the way down,” as my family and I were plummeting toward what seemed like inevitable bankruptcy. I was able to pay for my life, and more – and set my family up for financial stability. Realizing financial stability and ultimately – financial freedom, is possible through the art of land investing. I did it.

I’m starting from scratch - will this work for me?

Everything works with enough commitment. This curriculum was created by Clay for people new to the land business or those who had a bad experience with another course.

The key difference with the Landman Accelerator besides the extensive modules is the accountability and weekly coaching sessions. If you are stuck in your business, you can bring questions every single week to the office hours to turbocharge your learning and get off the launchpad faster.

Am I a fit for the Land Man Accelerator?

LandMan Accelerator is designed for serious entrepreneurs who want to build a serious land business.

It’s not a cheap date. It’s no $1000 or $5000 course that serves as a funnel for an upsell of a CRM or direct mail marketing business.

The point of the course is to be your guide for land success, A-Z. If you want a cheap course with a cheap curriculum, we wouldn’t recommend applying.

Is there a refund policy?

If at any time during the two weeks you realize LandMan Accelerator isn’t right for you, we’ll give you a full refund – no questions asked.

Is this just another land flipping course ? I’ve seen a ton of those lately?

Most courses are long self-serve video lessons that are outdated and meant to sell you another product; direct mail services, CRM or market selection tool.

Some gurus have been doing this for over a decade, and their formulas and “templates” are outdated. Some gurus focus on little deals that give you high ROI, but little cashflow at the end of the year. Others aren’t even land flipping anymore because they make so much money with their course.

Worse, many courses don’t teach you WHY methods work, they just give you a plug and play library that loses its helpfulness every day. LandMan is different. It’s a community that challenges you to level up.

It’s not for people who want to quit their job and go all in. I don’t believe in taking a course and going all in. It’s reckless and stupid. I believe the content in my course is the best in the business, but I don’t guarantee success in a month. Don’t put that type of pressure on yourself. Best case you just scratch by, like me, and worst case you lose everything and blame everyone else for your woes, including me.
