I became a land investor out of necessity. This was never a side hustle for me. A few years ago, my wife’s company went under the day before Thanksgiving – a company that paid our bills as I was building our “buy and hold” real estate business in the city of Pittsburgh. And as we approached one of the most important years of our lives – we had to pay for our wedding, our honeymoon, a house, our daily lives and a newly purchased vacation rental property with a huge overhead staring us in the face. 

I had to make a ton of money, very fast.

Through land investing I was able to “build the plane on the way down,” as my family and I were plummeting toward what seemed like inevitable bankruptcy. I was able to pay for my life, and more – and set my family up for financial stability. Realizing financial stability and ultimately – financial freedom, is possible through the art of land investing. I did it.
